#1. CHICKEN AND VEGGIES SLOW COOKER

Now this one is a very delicious and healthy homemade dog food with chicken and lot of vegetables that will keep your doggo active for a longer time. You will be needing 2 1/2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts. Place the meat in the crockpot and add water so that it just covers the chicken. Then add 1 potato,2 carrots, some kidney beans depending on how much your baby doggo likes, green beans, and 1 large apple or maybe 2 mediums.Now cook the ingredients on low heat for 8-9 hours.  In the end, add the frozen peas and cook for another 30 minutes. When finished, drain the excess liquid, add olive oil and stir to mash the cooked meal completely. Your dog will enjoy this homemade dog food with chicken undoubtedly.

#2. CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Chicken Casserole can be a great food of taste and for health of your dog. The recipe of this healthy homemade dog food is very simple and so is the process. All you need is 2 chicken breasts, 2 cups of chicken broths, some chopped carrots, beans, potatoes, broccoli, oil for frying and 1/4th cup of rolled oats. Chop the chicken breasts as small as you can and then saute them in the oil till cooked. Add the broth, the chopped veggies and then simmer the heat level. Let this sit in sim for 10 to 15 minutes. #3. FOOD PUCK

Food pucks are basically disc like homemade dog food that are easily chewable and get deliquesced easily. The best part of this homemade dog food is that it is made from the raw food scraps that we often dispose. This recipe helps you improve your doggo’s health and improves their immunity power too. You will need 3 cups raw grass-fed beef, ½ cup coconut oil or grass-fed tallow, 6 whole eggs including the shells, dog-multiple vitamin powder and ½ teaspoon sea salt for the raw base. The cooked base recipe will include 1 cup bone broth, ¾ cup ground flax seeds, pumpkin seed or hemp meal, 1 sweet potato, 6 chicken livers or 2 calf livers and 2 apples. All you need to do is first add all the raw ingredients together and blend them well until smooth and then put them in the fridge. Meanwhile take the cooked base ingredients and cook them on a high flame for 15 minutes. Allow them to settle down in the room temperature. Now mix the frozen raw blend with the cooked portion and stir them well. Set them into moulds as per your desired size and then freeze them for 12 hours. Make sure to keep the always in the fridge and remove them 10 minutes before feeding them to your dogs.

#4. MINI OMELETTES

Let’s talk about this egg-eccentric healthy homemade dog food which has just 3 ingredients that are rich in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. The best part is that this can be consumed by us also. All you need is 2 organic eggs. In case you are unable to find them, then use the normal ones. Dice some green pepper and slice some thin smoked salmon along with an oven-safe ramekin. If you are not fine with green pepper, use broccoli or tomatoes or smoked ham instead.  Grease the ramekin with some olive oil and break the eggs directly onto the ramekin. Stir them until they are combined well. Now bake this combination at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Let this cool down before you let your dog smell this grain-free homemade dog food.

#5. WOOF LOAF

Loafs can be considered the best as they can be stored for the entire week. For these woof loafs, you need 1 pound lean ground turkey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup peas and 3 hard-boiled eggs. Preheat the over to 350ºF. Meanwhile, mix lean ground turkey, chopped carrots, and peas in a bowl. Add the oats and eggs to them and mix them until the loaf mixture settles well. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and then add half the mixture to the pan. Put the 3 hard-boiled eggs in the center of the loaf and then cover with the other half of the ground turkey mixture. Now place it in the oven for 45 minutes. You doggo will surely start woofing with happiness once you give this.

#6. CHICKEN RICE BALLS

Here comes another interesting and healthy homemade dog food. Roast 2 plain whole chickens in 350 F oven for about 1.5 hours. As the chicken roasts, cook 4-5 cups of brown rice and let cool. Peel and chop 2 yams and 8 carrots finely to add them to a large stock pot with about 1/2 cup water. Add 16 oz frozen peas and 2 kale. Allow to boil then simmer until carrots and yams are tender. Transfer this entire mixture into a food processor and add fresh parsley and pulse until pureed. Meanwhile the chicken cools down an so add it to a large stand mixer. On medium speed, mix until chicken is shredded. Add this further into the rice, veggie puree and eggs. Scoop out portions onto a lined baking sheet. Flash freeze then place portions in a freezer safe containers/baggie.

#7.  KALE & QUINOA FOOD

You will need 500g Organic Free Range Chicken, 1 Cup Quinoa, 3 Cups Chopped Kale, 3 Handfuls Green Beans and 2 Zucchinis. Now boil Quinoa in 2 cups of water and then put it aside. Meanwhile slice the chicken into small strips and fry them till brown in a pan or a wok. Add the veggies to it and then stir fry them all thoroughly and then add Quinoa to it. Stir them again and then remove the mixture from the heat. Feed it to the dogs and then store the remaining in the fridge. You dogs will love this homemade dog food for sure.

#8. THE VEGAN BOWL

Vegan Bowl is again a great homemade dog food idea that you can depend on. You will need 1 large sweet potato, 15 ounces black beans, 2/3 cups uncooked brown rice + 1 1/3 cup water and 6 kale leaf stems. Preheat the oven to 400F. Meanwhile, poke the sweet potatoes with a fork multiple times and place them on a baking sheet with tin foil and set it to bake for an hour. Cook the rice simultaneously. When all of them are done, mix them well. And serve them with some veggies to your dog.

#9. SPINACH AND SALMON SCRAMBLE

Salmon is very important as it contributes a lot to your dogs health. Hence this Spinach- Salmon Scramble will be very useful as a homemade dog food. Grab some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and and add it over medium heat in a skillet. Add half cup chopped frozen spinach and half cup skinless-boneless salmon to the skillet and stir them well. #10. MEATLOAF

Meatloafs are usually interesting and most of the dogs end up licking them clean when served. So hand-mix 1 lbs. lean ground beef, 1 ½ cups grated mixed vegetables like broccoli, carrot, apple, beans and other favorite veggies of your dog, 2 eggs, ½ cup cottage cheese and 1 ½ cups rolled oats in a bowl until they are thoroughly mixed. Now spread them in the form of a thick loaf on a pan and bake it for 40 minutes in a 350F preheated oven. Refrigerate these slices for easy servings.

#11. BEEF STEW

Take a small potato and remove the skin. Do the same with a sweet potato and cut them into small pieces. Bake these pieces for 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, saute 1 lb beef stew meat in preheated olive or canola oil. Now remove the beef and add 1/2 cup water to the pan. Now add 1/2 cup of white flour slowly into the pan. Let the gravy thicken and then add the mix of beef and veggies to it. Let it heat for 10 minutes and then you can bring it to room temperature before your fur-ball grabs it.

#12. CHILI

The name sounds interesting and so is this homemade dog food. The recipe includes 4 carrots, 1 can of tomato paste, 2 tbsp salt-less butter beef broth, 1 lb ground beef and an optional can of corn. Firstly you need to boil the macaroni and cook the beef in a frying pan simultaneously. Add butter, carrots, corn and tomato puree to the beef and cook for 5 minutes. Now add this entire mixture to your casserole dish and then add the beef broth. Place it in the oven for an hour at 350 F.

#13.  VEGGIE SMOOTHIE TREAT

This extremely delicious homemade dog food recipe is like a small treat that you offer when your dog has behaved extremely well or when he has learned his training well. You will need ¼ cup of combined carrots, squash, zucchini, green beans, spinach and collards, ¼ cup apples, peaches, pears and bananas, ¼ cup fruit juice except for grape juice, 4 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp cream cheese. All you need to do is blend all of them together smoothly using a blender. You doggo will just love this new treat.

#14.  DOG BISCUITS

Dog biscuits cannot be considered as the regular homemade dog food. You need to make sure that these are just for the purpose of rewards and they cannot be given on daily basis. So making these biscuits is really simple. This recipe requires 2 ½ cups wheat or oat flour, ½ cup chicken or beef stock, 1 egg, ½ cup bacon bits or dehydrated chicken pieces and cheese. Preheat the oven at 350 F and then mix flour, stock, egg, and bacon bits or chicken pieces. Roll it all and then form a dough. Flatten tiny balls into half inch thick layers and cut them into the desired shape. Now grease them all with cheese or butter onto a cookie sheet and then set it into oven for 25-30 minutes.
